Away Care is billed for the days you're away and invoiced when you're back. Nothing is charged before you travel.
If you return after noon, that day is billed as an additional day. We confirm your expected return time when we book and include it on the booking confirmation. It shows as its own line on the invoice.
Away Care unpaid after 7 days: we'll send a reminder and flag the account. If you prefer a card on file for post-trip billing, we can arrange that at your home visit.
Away Care, major holidays (Thanksgiving, Dec 24 through Jan 1, July 4th): billed at 1.5x the standard rate.
Away Care, minor holidays (Labor Day, Memorial Day, Easter): billed at 1.25x.
Walk plans on major holidays: skipped by default and not billed. Available on request at $52 per walk.
Combine any two services and save 10% on both in any month where both are active.
Garden Care runs April through October. In November, the Household Plan discount pauses automatically and resumes in April.
Discounts do not combine. 10% is the maximum discount from any source.
24 hours' notice to cancel or skip a visit: the amount credits to your following month.
Same-day cancellations are billed in full.
Pause any time with a week's notice. Invoicing stops next cycle. Your slot stays held.
Month to month, no contract. Cancel any time with a month's notice.
Additional pets: +$6 per visit, confirmed at your walkthrough or home visit.
